Event Supporters at the Saxon Classic
What needs to get done
We need volunteers to help out at the Saxon Classic - a stunning ride on the Suffolk coastline designed to show you the best of the English countryside. It’s a brilliant challenge for budding new cyclists and a great route to clock up a speedy time.
How you can help
We need volunteers to help with the following tasks:
Registering riders
Arranging starting barriers and signs
Directing riders
Marshalling
Manning out bag drop
Presenting riders with medals
Handing out water and recovery product
Cheering on riders going through the finish line
What you will get out of volunteering
You will get to be part of a unique series of sporting events run by us. All of the sporting events in our Classic series promise to be a great day out full of excitement, friendly people and enthusiasm for a great cause.
You will also gain experience of event management for a busy sporting event.
