Summary

We’re looking for experienced drivers with a D1 licence to be part of our exciting charity challenge, TriLife, by providing essential driving support.

Why we need you:

We’re looking for experienced drivers with a D1 licence to be part of our exciting charity challenge, TriLife, by providing essential driving support. We will be cycling from London to Scotland to the T in the park FESTIVAL, then in August, completing the Three Peaks in less than 24 hours, and need support drivers to assist in our truly epic fundraising mission. Your help will enable everyone to achieve their fundraising goals – as part of our team, you will be essential to our success.

What skills do I need?

You’ll need to have a D1 driving qualification (if you received your license on or before Jan 1st, 1997, you automatically have this qualification) and a passion for helping to beat cancer sooner. Ideally, you’ll have a basic knowledge of cycle repairs and maintenance. We’re also looking for someone that is ok being filmed, so that we can turn our events into amazing movies, like this one and help spread the word about Cancer Research UK! If you’re vibrant, enthusiastic and a little bit crazy like us, you’ll fit right in!

What will I be doing?

Transporting around 15 intrepid fundraisings to the UK’s tallest peaks in 24 hours (driving will be shared in this period)

Acting as support crew on a cycle race against time from London to T in the Park festival

What support will we give you?

You’ll receive a full induction into Cancer Research UK and TriLife, as well as the support of the whole team on event days. We’ll provide you with the van and all other equipment that you’ll need!

What benefits can I expect?

A chance to meet new, enthusiastic people

The satisfaction of knowing you are making a valuable contribution to Cancer Research UK

A really fun day!

Where will I be based?

Around the country – but events will start in London!
