Photographer for London Marathon
What needs to get done
We are looking for someone with experience of, or a keen interest in photography to photograph our runners during London Marathon on the 13 April 2014.
This is a great opportunity for volunteers who also want to participate in an event/or an event participant who wishes to photograph it. These photos may go on to be used on our websites, social media, as part of various Tenovus campaigns, adverts, posters etc.
*Tenovus would retain the rights to all images taken whilst volunteering, however credit will be given when feasible and appropriate.
What skills do I need?
- Experience and skill in photography – preferably in similar situations such as events where people may be moving quickly or lighting may be difficult
- The ability to make people feel comfortable in front of camera, particularly when they feel they might not look their best (after a marathon for example)
- Sensitivity when people may not wish to be photographed
- A creative flare
- Respect of confidentiality issues
