What needs to get done
The fundraising team of Bloodwise North are looking to recruit a team of friendly, reliable and dedicated volunteers to join them on Tuesday 23rd May at Leeds Train Station. If you have a passion for making a difference, get involved!
How your contribution will help
It will be a public facing role where you will help collect donations at Leeds Train Station. We are looking for volunteers to help throughout the day however we are keen to focus on the key commuting hours of 7.00am – 9.30am & 4pm – 6.30pm. If you are able to give up just a couple of hours of your day before or after work/college/school we would love to hear from you.
What you will get out of it
The donations received will go to Bloodwise (formerly Leukaemia & Lymphoma research); the UK’s leading research charity dedicated to beating all types of blood cancer including leukaemia, lymphoma & myeloma. Every year we stop more people dying of blood cancer and our researchers are working to stop people developing blood cancer in the first place.
