Angiosarcoma Awareness 5k Logo design
What needs to get done
Our foundation hosts a 5k race and kids run as one of the org's major annual fundraisers. We are looking to have a logo created for the event, to help with branding and message consistency.
The event title to be utilized is: Angiosarcoma Awareness 5k & Kids Race.
Detail to consider/include: the organization's official colors are maroon and gold. The organization's mascot is a turtle. Perhaps the organization's logo could be included in the turtle shell? (Just a thought, not a requirement)
How your contribution will help
We are an entirely volunteer-run non-profit, so we don't have a communications team. Your graphic design skills will be instrumental in helping us improve the professional look of our event, which hopefully will in turn help us raise money to fight this incredibly rare and aggressive cancer.
What you will get out of it
Work for your portfolio, and the satisfaction of knowing that you are providing a service that our small organization otherwise would not have access to. And also the knowledge that our community, which is a small, tight-knit one (due to the extreme rarity and severity of this form of cancer), will be incredibly grateful for your time and expertise!
