What needs to get done
The Virgin Money London Marathon is one of the biggest events in the Anthony Nolan calendar – a day when so many of our amazing supporters come together to fight blood cancer.
#TeamAN runners deserve the best and that’s where YOU come in. You can give our lifesavers that extra motivation they need and know that you’re saving lives too.
How your contribution will help
Volunteers will be at one of four official Anthony Nolan cheer points at the heart of the action along the London Marathon route. The Anthony Nolan Events Team will keep in touch with you in the run up to the event to give you team updates and all the information you will need for the day. You will have a chance to meet other #TeamAN volunteers, supporters and staff. All cheering points are on the pavement along the course, will have a staff member present and can be reached by public transport.

Apart from the chance to make a lifesaving difference, you’ll receive an AN t shirt to wear on the day and lots of goodies to help you cheer your heart out.
Snacks and water will be provided and you can also claim your travel expenses (London public travel zones 1-6)
