Customer Service Ambassadors for Charitable Gaming
What needs to get done
We are looking for Customer Service Ambassadors aged 19+ to help out at Charitable Gaming events in Scarborough (Toronto), Ontario. Ideally you are a friendly, enthusiastic, outgoing, and responsible volunteer who can deliver excellent customer service with a huge smile and positive attitude as well as commit to your assigned shifts. The shifts are only 2 hours/month minimum and we have many different dates & times available from July to November.
How your contribution will help
Charitable gaming events help raise funds for our charity to support our nearly 200 Toronto childhood cancer families.
What you will get out of it
Volunteer duties include greeting customers, cleaning up tables, serving food and beverages, wiping down machines, calling back bingos, and generally helping out and chatting with customers. Other light duties as assigned by the centre staff. You will not handle any cash or run any games. You will be fully trained and provided with a volunteer shirt to wear.
