About me

I currently work for Macmillan Cancer Support as a Challenge Events Programme Manager for the East of England.

I have been a volunteer for Cancer Research UK for the past 4 years and was employed by the charity as an Area Volunteer Manager for 2 years. I was promoted to the Senior role within my regional team in December 2012.

I have huge amounts of community fundraising experience alongside budgeting, creative design, social media and online fundraising and promotion, managing fundraisers and volunteers and generally being all things creative and multi-tasked that are necessary for being a fundraiser.

Prior to the charity sector, I worked in a residential estate agency and as a dance coach for young children. I have a degree in Performing Arts and my hobbies include singing, dancing and horse riding.
