About me

I graduated from Edinburgh Napier University three years ago with a Honours Degree in Photography and Film. I have since been building my own business, Gavin Shirkie Photography, specialising in Weddings and events.

I am always seeking out fresh challenges and jobs to further my experience and enhance my portfolio across a variety of photography fields. I am particularly keen to work with charities and charitable events. A key aim of wanting to become a photographer was to use my skills to make a positive difference to others in my community and further afield.

I believe that I have a friendly and approachable personality, and strive to meet and exceed every brief I am given to a high and efficient standard.
