About me
Keen Media student eager to succeed in new aspects of the working world. My passion to experience and be part of the film industry was an intrinsic factor that sparked my intrigue into this wide spectrum of media. The cinematography and magic behind film making has always been a personal interest throughout my childhood and teenage years, a recent example to put things into perspective would be the latest instalment of the Mad Max franchise Fury Road coupled with an even more recent release, The Revenant. The intricately woven factors that make these films so bold and the forefront of impressive film production provide me with immense inspiration. As a Single Honours student at De Montfort University, I have been embarking on developing my key skills and knowledge across several modules. My experience and admiration for photography is another key element in my experimentation and innovation, as it will be at the forefront of my future projects. What drives me to explore further is the boundless creativity conveyed through the power of Photoshop. Early influences concerning photography stem from my grandfather a press photographer, whose interest and achievements in this artistic genre, inspired and enthralled me. I am a creative person and I love to express my thoughts and ideas through inventive photographic manipulation. I worked on ambitious photographic projects whilst completing my A level and currently my university degree. I am continuously determined and enthusiastic to broaden my knowledge and improve my skills.
