I gained a lot of experience serving customers, recommending suitable outdoor clothing and footwear, and working as a team to provide the best possible service.

General Cellarhand, Casella Winery (Australia)

In this role I worked as part of a team to transfer, mix and store wine at the Casella winery. Working as part of a team we were required to complete tasks swiftly as to meet targets, whilst being cautious to not make costly mistakes, which would result in the loss of wine.

CAT Volunteer Reading Festival

As a volunteer I worked as part of a team to ensure the safety of festival attendees. I have gained experience in working as part of a team under pressure, looking after the welfare of cus-tomers, and working diligently to spot crime on the campsite.
