Duties: Acting as a point of contact for members of the public, observing court cases and assisting with any other general administration customer services tasks as required. The role was placed in the Customer Services area and asked the Administrative Officer to deal with: Customers over the phone, dealing with their quarries regarding their ongoing matters in the Oxford Magistrates Court.
