10/2015 – 03/2016 Administrative Assistant at Oxford Magistrates Court temporary position through Brook Street Ltd.

Duties: Acting as a point of contact for members of the public, observing court cases and assisting with any other general administration customer services tasks as required. The role was placed in the Customer Services area and asked the Administrative Officer to deal with: Customers over the phone, dealing with their quarries regarding their ongoing matters in the Oxford Magistrates Court. Dealing with the Themes Valley Police and various Departments of Law. Centralisation of Magistrates Files; Administration of Magistrates recruitment campaign; Centralisation of Magistrates appraisal system. Preparation and circulation of Magistrates yearbooks; Preparation of swearing ceremonies.

10/2014 – 03/2015 Visitor Assistant at Modern Art Oxford. The role focused on providing professional information in the Modern and Contemporary Art to visitors and guests. The role involved providing of an excellent Customer Service.

The work involved strictly administrative tasks, including operating within the University database, data processing, answering telephone on various enquires related to University’s Admissions and other/general course or University quires.
