About me
After leaving full time education, Rob started his career in the artwork & graphics industry. He commenced as a junior art worker progressing to a senior art worker. He worked on Major Blue Chip clients including (Britvc, Tesco, 366, Sainsbury's, Unilever, Morrisons). Rob then decided that he wanted to specialise in the design & construction industry whilstretaining his creative & innovative skills. He trained to be a fabricator & coded welder. Rob learnt to read CAD & architects’ drawings transposing them into a finished design. Rob’s graphic design& artwork background has enabled him to employ this creativeenergy in practical applications. Rob & his wife decided to start their own gluten-free cake company, promoting the business at weekly general & farmers’ markets along side supplying local cafes & restaurants. During this period they also branched out into gym and professional sports facilities providing unisex healthy nutritional ready meals & natural juices. Because of Rob’s background he was able to use his graphics & artwork skills to design & re-brand “The Goodness Food Company”. He designed company labels for all the food & drink packaging as well as the corporate identity, stationery, posters, roller banners & signs etc for gym owners & boxers they sponsored. As Rob had received really good & positive feed back from clients for his graphics & artwork,he decided to launch his own company producing the above for local firms, which included banners & posters for the fans’ page of popular TV based social media program “Gogglebox”. Rob is not only self motived and able to work on this own but can also lead & be part of a team, in delivering a brief or free styling, He is very skilled at building relationships and understandingthe needs of clients : winning repeat business underlines his success. Rob is interested in cars, football, socialising with friends, a coded welder and drawing.
