Critters For The Cure
About us
Critters For The Cure (CFTC) is a volunteer organized and operated non-profit that provides emergency financial assistance and life coaching to the medically underserved women battling breast and gynecological cancers. CFTC is the only women’s cancer non-profit (*breast, uterine, ovarian, cervical) in our nation's capital, supporting patients referred to us from over 50 cancer centers throughout Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia.
We don't overlook the importance of our faithful critters either. CFTC will provide financial assistance for dog walkers and other pet needs while cancer patients are recovering from required surgery. Research has shown that the unconditional love we receive from our critters, reduces recovery time from major illness.
