Healing Odyssey

About us

Healing Odyssey's mission is to empower women cancer survivors to be strong, hopeful and courageous through innovative and active education and support programs. Healing Odyssey is a California-based nonprofit founded in 1994 to deal exclusively with the challenges of women cancer survivorship. More than 1200 women have benefited from our three-day retreat program, where a blend of activities and workshops help women address their fears, analyze them and work through them. An outdoor ropes course allows participants to "let go" of emotional baggage, step out of their comfort zone and move towards a life fully lived. Graduates leave the retreat with open hearts, a zest for life, and a toolkit to use when things get tough.
